U2 The Joshua Tree Tour 2017

I'm off to Dublin on the 22nd July with my folks and sis!  My Dad has always been a big fan of U2 and he bagged tickets for us to go to the 30yr celebration Joshua Tree Tour (I only like the old stuff that I grew up listening to, so Joshua Tree is perfect! )
I've already bought glow in the dark bracelets, each one of us will obviously have our sunnies to hand ;) and I'm making us 'Ashworth Sarnie' (us) VIP gig passes ;) to wear on the day! haha...

TED has moved to London ! On to wonderful new adventures!!! 

Brighton will miss him but he's not far away and I can't wait to visit him in his new pad.

Kenny & Mo's Mexican Wedding

My dearest darling friends Kenny McCracken and Mo Batsel got wed on the 1st April 2017 

(NO JOKE!)

I was asked to design Wedding Flyers to give to all the guests.  They would be a lovely little wedding keepsake and they would also be a good point of reference for the plan of action on the day.  On the reverse of the flyer, addresses, times and a map of Brighton were included (thank you www.robvonramm.com ).  It proved to be useful for the guests who had not been to Brighton before & it was good to show where the 'Pit-Stop' was planned to be for a little 'refreshment' on the way to the King Alfred Ballroom Reception *hic*.

This is an image that I designed and printed for Mo's Hen Do in March.

The Theme was 'Day of the Dead' as the actual Wedding was to be Mexican themed.

We all wore as laminated copy of this photo around our necks and had our faces painted :) 

It was the 1ST HEN DO I have ever been on - & THE MOST FUN !

I have been working on this image on the sly as we live together and it is obviously a secret illustration haha.  He is the grumpy sailor, there's a mermaid temptress and I am the little fish eating Otter wishing him a 'A PEA BIRFDAY'.  I think that I will give him the Black & White version as he is monochrome-boy.

Fish & Veg Week...

Some people do a 'dry January' - I am not.  Instead, I am eating mainly fish. I could definitely be a Pescatarian.   I LOVE fish!!!  This week I have eaten only fish & vegetables.  YUM! Good for my brain, it makes me happy and hopefully will help to shift the crimble chub.
